Past STRIVE scholar Wicahpi Cavanaugh earns another scholarship.

Wicahpi Cavanaugh, a STRIVE scholar with the Minneapolis South club has earned another commendation: the Sally Auger Rising Star Youth Scholarship.

This $1,000 award, presented through Dream of Wild Health, was given to Cavanaugh for his exemplary performance and commitment to education. He was also noted for his maturity and his skills as a role model. He is a student at the Minneapolis Community and Technical College.

The scholarship was presented on August 25.
